Lower in Quebec: Insurance! Car and tenants insurance cost me about 1/3 of the cost in BC! What a great savings!

Transportation: Gas prices are lower in Quebec, yay! Average $1.45/L vs. B.C. average $1.70. Bus tickets cost more at $4.50 in Gatineau, QC but high school students receive a free bus pass. What a great idea! It gets teens used to taking the bus.
